Damaged Products:
VHC will issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping.
Buyers must provide valid proof of the damage within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for this credit.
Non-Damaged Products:
If the products are not damaged but buyers wish to return them for other reasons, VHC will accept the returns at their Australian office. There are two options:
Option A: VHC generates a return shipping label. Buyers will ship the products with this label to VHC Australia to receive a full refund after deducting the shipping charges for both sending and returning the products.
Option B: Customers can pay for the return shipping charges themselves and mail it to VHC. VHC will refund the price of the goods minus the shipping fee the customer paid.
Return Window:
Product returns are accepted only within 15 days after delivery. Please ensure that the return products are shipped within this 15-day window to receive a refund.
Food Items:
Returns are not accepted for food items. However, if you are not satisfied, you may receive a refund on a case-by-case basis after our customer representative contacts you.
Abuse of Return Process:
VHC reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to permanently ban them from using VHC.
Other Countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK):
Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a mistake on the part of VHC sellers, VHC will provide a refund based on the details of the issue.
