Bryonia Alba, a robust vine in the Cucurbitaceae family, induces stitching, and tearing pain worsened by movement but relieved by rest. Symptoms include irritability, vertigo, pressure headaches, dry mouth, excessive thirst, bitter taste, and sensitive epigastrium, a sensation of a stone in the stomach, dry, hard stools, dry cough, and rheumatic pains with swellings.

Bryonia Alba can be helpful in the following conditions:
- Dry Coughs:
- Extreme dryness in mouth, throat, chest, and mucous membranes, tickly cough, sharp chest pains.
- Headache with fever and excessive thirst for large quantities of cold water at long intervals worsens with movement.
- Colds & Influenza:
- Red, sore, swollen nose, hoarse, constricted throat, dry cough.
- Cracked, itchy lips, dry mouth with white-coated tongue, sharp ear pains, and sore eyes with sensitivity to movement, intense headache, and profuse perspiration.
- Headaches:
- Bursting, splitting headache over forehead or left eye.
- Pain worsens with eye movement, dry mouth, and intense thirst.
- Pain extends to the back of the head, then the whole head, often lasting all day.
- Joint Pain:
- Hot, swollen joints and muscles, stabbing pain, usually due to gout, tenosynovitis, or arthritis, or after an injury.
- Pain worsens with movement.
- Constipation:
- Large, hard stools?that look black or burned.
- The rectal dryness with burning pain after passing the stool.
- Colicky pains in the abdomen are common.

- Feeling of a stone in the stomach, constipation, desire to lie quietly.
- Pain worsens with the slightest motion, and improves while lying quietly on the painful right side.
- Breast Problems:
- Pale, hard, hot breasts, sharp pains, particularly in pregnant women.
- Excessive milk supply.
- Abscesses and Boils:
- Redness with shining, stitching pain.
- Pain worsens with the slightest motion.
- Allergies:
- Allergic reactions to castor oil, cabbage, vegetables, chicken salad, etc.
- Epistaxis (Nosebleeds):
- Head remedy. Bleeding worsens with the slightest motion, especially in younger individuals.
- Hydrocele:
- Stitches in testicles while sitting, painful tension along the spermatic cord in the groin.
- Iritis:
- Sharp, shooting eye pain extending to head or face, worsens with motion after cold exposure.
- Fever:
- Body pain, excessive thirst for large quantities of water at long intervals, constipation.
- Worsens with motion, improves with rest.
- Peritonitis:
- Fever with burning sensation, excessive thirst, worsens with motion.
- Typhoid:
- Weakness, mild delirium, body pains worsened by motion, whitish-coated tongue, dry lips, and constipation.

- Salivation:
- Soapy, frothy saliva.
